    • The present invention relates to an organic optical device and an organic light emitting compound used therein, and more particularly, to an organic light emitting device which may realize excellent emission efficiency, emission luminance, color purity, and light-emitting life and an organic light emitting compound used therein or to an optical device for solar power generation and an optical compound used therein. According to the present invention, since a material, which may be used for various purposes like a variety of organic films between a first electrode and a second electrode, such as an electron transport layer (ETM), a light emitting layer (EML), a hole transporting layer (HTM), etc., is developed by developing, particularly, a carbazole based derivative and an organic optical device using same, performances, such as increased efficiency and a reduced driving voltage, may be improved and ability as an OLED material may be maximized.
