    • A plasma display device is provided to reinforce a supporting structure of a cover plate by coupling a cover plate and a chassis base with each other by using a coupling unit. A chassis base(15) is formed to support a plasma display panel(11). A printed circuit board assembly is formed at one side of the chassis base. A flexible circuit(27) is formed to connect electrically an electrode of the plasma display panel with the printed circuit board assembly. A driver integrated circuit is formed in the flexible circuit. A cover plate(31) is installed at the chassis base in order to cover the flexible circuit and the driver integrated circuit. A coupling unit is formed at an intersection between a first extension of one side of the cover plate and a second extension of one side of the chassis base. The coupling unit couples the cover plate and the chassis base with each other.
