    • An automatic window opening and closing device and a window system having the same are provided to open and close window automatically according to the indoor temperature, the contamination level of indoor air, weather and/or time, thereby keeping desired indoor environment. An automatic window opening and closing device(30) comprises a main body(40) which is installed on one side of a sliding door(20) sliding along a window frame(10), and has a second hanger(41) of inverted L shape hung on a first hanger(21) of L shape prepared on the sliding door and wheels moving along the window frame; a rack member which is installed on the rail part of the window frame in part or in whole; a motor driving the wheels; a sensor unit which includes a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, and a contamination level sensor; a control unit controlling the drive of the motor according to the sensing signal of the sensor unit; a timer which allows the user to set up the window opening/closing time; and a display unit which indicates the current indoor temperature, humidity and contamination level, and the current time and set time are.

A door opening and closing stabilizing device comprises: a switch(10) including switches for setting up the closed location position and the open position of a door(60); a door opening and closing unit(30) rotating a motor according to door opening and closing speed and opening and closing the door; a door movement sensing unit(40) sensing abnormal load generated in opening and closing the door; and a controller(20) completely opening the door or stopping the door in case of the abnormal load.

    • An auto-closing structure of a corridor sliding window in an apartment house is provided to prevent indoor contamination caused by rainwater by automatically closing the sliding window through rainwater and to reduce the time and effort for checking an opened state of windows. An auto-closing structure of a corridor sliding window(2) in an apartment house comprises a lower window frame(10) protruded/elongated outward from the lower side of a window frame(1) installed with the window to shape a certain volume of space unit inside and formed with through-holes on the front and rear sides; a rod(21) protruded of a hanging sill(23) on one end and fixed with the sliding window at the middle portion to emerge from a case(20) installed at the space unit of the lower window frame according to opening/closing of the window; a supporter(25) shaft-combined with a bracket(13) installed at one side of the space unit vertically about proceeding of the rod to be rotated about a shaft(14) so as to fix or release the hanging sill protruded on the end of the rod; a rainwater gutter(30) combined/fixed on the outer end of the supporter to receive rainwater and to serve as the weight of the supporter; and a lever(31) hinge-combined into the through-hole formed on the backside of the lower window frame to be contacted on the lower end of the supporter.
