    • The present invention relates to a reworkable thermo-reversible elastomer. The reworkable thermo-reversible elastomer has excellent abrasion resistance and physical properties. Monomer containing an acid group is grafted to elastic rubber, and the resultant product reacts with a nanosilica hybrid compound to have an onium salt or an amide structure. By having both a structure forming a network with the double bond of an ionic bond and a hydrogen bond and a nanosilica hybrid structure, excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties can be obtained compared to existing elastomer which is crosslinked by sulfur or peroxide. The product is reworkable by being dissociated at high temperatures and recombined at low temperatures. The product is environment-friendly and has excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties so it can replace a material for automobile, shipbuilding, and construction as a crosslinking elastomer.     • PURPOSE: Spherical polymer beads are provided to have remarkably high refractive index, remarkably excellent surface state, almost no content of impurity, and excellent physical properties like optical properties, flowage of powder, processability, strength, etc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of spherical polymer beads comprises: a step of manufacturing emulsion by emulsing colloidal metal oxide nano particles of average diameter of 10-50 nm into vinyl based monomers; a step of manufacturing polymer beads of which refraction index is 1.6 or more and average diameter is 2-200 micron by homogenization suspension polymerization by adding the emulsion to the vinyl based monomers. The polymer beads comprise spherical particles comprising a crosslinked polymer of the vinyl based monomers, and the metal oxide nano particles in cross linked structure of the spherical particles.
