CONSTITUTION: A foldable device for a foldable bicycle comprises a clamping lever(17), a locking part(18), and a lock fixing part(19). The clamping lever is hinge-coupled to one end of first tube flange(13) and a second tube flange(14) by a first hinge shaft(15). The first tube flange is connected to a first tube(11). The second tube flange is connected to a second tube(12). The clamping lever is hinge-connected to the other end of the second tube flange by a second hinge shaft(16) to clamp the first and second tube flanges. The locking part is inserted in a predetermined position of the clamping lever to vertically move with an elastic body, thereby being locked by the lock fixing part. The lock fixing part is formed in one side of the first tube or the firs tube flange to fix the locking part.

The saddle is mounted on a telescopic stem(15) and attached to the end of the frame directly or with a pin(14). The front arm and the front swing arm are connected each other by a front joint(17) and a front wheel telescopic spring device(18) or the front joint and a front wheel spring device(19).
