    • A medical laser scanner oscillation control system uniformly irradiating a laser beam and a method thereof are provided to improve accuracy of speed data of a laser scanner by calculating the speed data based on a space point and posture data of a scanner. A medical laser scanner oscillation control system uniformly irradiating a laser beam includes a reference point generator(120), a laser scanner(110), a magnetic sensor(130), a speed meter(140), and a laser oscillation controller(150). The reference point generator(120) decides an absolute origin of space(O=[0, 0, 0]^t) and an absolute reference base(beta={e1, e2, e3}). The absolute origin of space and the absolute reference base is fixed during an operation. The laser scanner(110) irradiates the laser beam on each point of skin of a subject(S) for the operation based on a laser beam oscillation control signal inputted from the laser oscillation controller(150). The magnetic sensor(130) is installed on the laser scanner(110) for detecting movement of the laser scanner(110) and continuously outputs point and posture data. The speed meter(140) calculates a moving speed of the laser scanner(110) in real time based on the point and posture data. The laser oscillation controller(150) receives speed data from the speed meter(140) and outputs a laser beam oscillation control signal.
