    • PURPOSE: A door lock device is provided which has low robbery rates because there is no key hole in a door, and also prevents invasion from the external using a magnetic sensor. CONSTITUTION: A body(1) is fixed to a door, and comprises a lock cam(7) having a hooking piece(9) hooked to a hooking pin of a doorframe as rotating by being touched to a projection comprised in the doorframe when the door is closed. A wedge is comprised in the body, and moves toward the lock cam by a spring while the door is closed. If the door is closed completely, the wedge contacts a sloped plane and stops the lock cam and at the same time locks the door by the hooking piece hooked to the hooking pin. If a remote controller is pushed, a solenoid embedded in the body operates and a binding of the wedge is released and the lock cam is also released, and thus the door is opened.

A central processing unit(400) compares the electric signal from the sensors(300) with registration information which a user sets and inputs. An operating section(500) opens/locks a door lock according to a comparison result from the central processing unit(400).

The electronic control unit maintains the locking state of the door if the transmitted release signal does not correspond to a stored release signal(S16). The communication network is formed between the cellular phone and a wire or a wireless telephone if the cellular phone is located in the inside of the vehicle(S17). The local area network is formed between the blue tooth chip of the cellular phone and the blue tooth chip of the electronic control unit(S18). The indoor cellular phone outputs a release signal to the electronic control unit(S19).
