    • PURPOSE: A heater block for dispenser is provided to uniformly maintain viscosity of dispenser liquid sprayed through a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A heater block for dispenser (100) comprises a driving part(10), a nozzle block(20), a nozzle part(30), a syringe part(40), and a heater block(50). The driving part supplies dispenser liquid. The nozzle block is mounted at the bottom surface of the driving part. The nozzle unit is installed at the lower part of the nozzle block. The syringe part supplies the dispenser liquid inside the nozzle unit through the nozzle block. The heater block includes a heater(H) and a temperature sensor(S).

The horizontal unit is bent and extended from the end of the support and is arranged in the length direction of the gas transfer pipe. The horizontal unit comprises a temperature measuring end. The thermocouple comprises a support and a horizontal unit. Loss of heat conduction decreases as an isothermal part becomes wider by the horizontal unit of the thermocouple.
