    • PURPOSE: An optical fiber inclinometer sensor having a wide measurement range is provided to accurately measure an inclination in an environment in which electromagnetic noise and extreme environmental changes are generated. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber inclinometer sensor having a wide measurement range comprises a case(110), a pair of single attenuators(120), a pair of single elastic bodies(130), a single mass(140), a reflecting lattice plate(150), and a pair of optical fibers(160). One side of the signal attenuator is fixed to the inner surface of the case. One side of the single elastic body is installed on the other side of the signal attenuator. Both sides of the single mass are fixed to the other side of the single elastic body. The reflecting lattice plate is formed into a lattice form in which a reflecting surface and non-reflecting surface are periodically arranged. The optical fiber irradiates light on the reflecting lattice plate and receives the light reflected by the reflecting lattice plate.

    • PURPOSE: An electronic inclinometer using a PSD(Position Sensitive Detector) and optical fiber is provided to simply control the resolution and measurement area by adjusting the height of a housing or a laser diode holder to regulate the length of optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: An electronic inclinometer comprises a housing(110), a laser diode holder(130), a laser diode(120), a laser guide optical fiber(140), a PSD correction stage(170), and a PSD(160). The housing is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape with both sides open and protects the entire inclinometer. The laser diode holder is thread-coupled to the housing by passing through the top plate of the housing. The laser diode is installed in the laser diode holder. The ser guide optical fiber is fixed to the bottom of the laser diode holder. The PSD correction stage is located on the bottom plate of the housing. The PSD is located on the top of the PSD correction stage and detects the drooping amount of a weight(150).
