    • 본 고안은 난방히터에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 난방히터에 있어서, 카본 및 절연외피로 이루어져 종 또는 횡 방향으로 연결된 다수의 카본발열선과; 상기 카본발열선과 전원이 통전되도록 연결되며 일단에 플러그가 마련된 전선과: 상기 전선의 일정한 부분에 설치되어 상기 카본발열선의 온도를 조절할 수 있는 온도조절기를 포함하며; 상기 카본발열선과 상기 전선은 가요성을 갖는 실리콘, 합성수지 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 박형의 가요성패널 내부의 수용되어 적어도 복수개 이상의 고정부재로서 피고정물에 고정할 수 있도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 카본발열선으로 이루어진 난방히터를 가요성패널 내부에 설치하고 가요성패드를 고정부재를 이용하여 벽, 책상 및 가구 등의 필요 적소에 간편하게 착 탈할 수 있는 이점과 아울러 사용자의 부주의로 인한 화재의 위험을 방지할 수 있으며, 사용자의 근접 난방이 가능하고 부피가 작고 가요성을 가지기 때문에 보관 및 휴대가 가능하며 간접 열을 방사하여 사용자의 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A hot mat heating apparatus is provided to lighten and simplify a controller such as a circulating pump and a hot water tank by coupling an electric heating device on a hot water mat. CONSTITUTION: A hot mat heating apparatus comprises a pipe(100), a waterproof heat wire(110), a fluid(120), and a controller(130). The pipe is serially installed inside the mat through the whole mat. The waterproof heat wire is formed by coating multiple metal resistance wires with insulating materials. The waterproof heat wire is inserted into the pipe and functions as a heat source. The fluid with which the pipe is filled transmits the heat emitted from the waterproofing hotwire to the outside. The controller is connected to the resistance hotwire and applies electricity.

      본 고안에 따르면, 발열선이 배치되는 LM섬유는 열에 의해 용융되어 롤러의 압착에 의해 바닥재 및 장판재의 접착되어 접착 공정이 간편하고, 압착 롤러에 별도의 열을 가하지 않아도 접착력이 우수한 전기 구들장을 제공할 수 있다.

The heated storage water is supplied to the indoor through the heating pipe. The hot water line forms an inside tank(510) inside the heat storage tank. The hot water heat-exchanged through a hot water pipe(530) according to the water supply is discharged to a water supply pie(520) or is recirculated to the inside tank. The pump station respectively forms first, second, and third inflow pipes(610a,620a,630a) and first, second, and third drain pipes(610b,620b,630b). Additional circulation pumps(640,650) are formed at the first and second inflow pipe sides of the heat collecting line and the hot water line.
