    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nitrile rubber can reduce the formation of a nitrile polymer with a high molecular weight, thereby obtaining a rubber composition with a uniform molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nitrile rubber includes a step of manufacturing a nitrile rubber by separately putting a molecular weight controller. The molecular weight controller is separately inputted two times before and after the polymerization conversion ratio is 40%. The molecular weight controller is at least one among n-octyl mercaptane, n-dodecyl mercaptane, n-decyl mercaptane, and t-dodecyl mercaptane. The molecular weight controller input after 40% polymerization conversion ratio is an alkyl mercaptane including a C1-8 alkyl group.

    • PURPOSE: A latex composition for dip forming is provided to enhance the ability to process during a glove manufacturing process by maintaining a stable level of pH while lessening the amount of a pH modifier. The latex of 100 parts by weight includes zinc oxide of 0.1-2 parts by weight. The particle size of the zinc oxide is 50-900 nm.     • PURPOSE: Carboxylic acid modified-nitrile based copolymer latex, and a latex composition for dip molding including thereof are provided to prevent an allergic reaction of a user by sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator, and to remove a long stirring process for producing the latex. CONSTITUTION: Carboxylic acid modified-nitrile based copolymer latex contains an unsaturated monomer with a crosslinkable group. The crosslinkable group is selected from a vinyl group and an epoxy group. A carboxylic acid modified-nitrile based copolymer contains 40~90wt% of conjugated diene-based monomer, 10~50wt% of ethylene unsaturated nitrile monomer, 0.1~10wt% of ethylene unsaturated acid monomer, and 0.1~5wt% of unsaturated monomer with the crosslinkable group. The latex containing the carboxylic acid modified-nitrile based copolymer also contains 0.3~10 parts of emulsifier by weight, 0.01~2 parts of polymerization initiator by weight, and 0.1~0.9 parts of molecular weight controller by weight.
