    • PURPOSE: Methods for producing phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and lysophosphatidylethanolamine(LPE) using a non-organic solvent system and a water-soluble composition comprising the lysophosphatidylethanolamine produced by the same method are provided, thereby producing high purity PE and LPE without using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and lysophosphatidylethanolamine(LPE) using a non-organic solvent system is characterized by reacting lecithin with ethanolamine in the presence of phospholipase D, wherein the lecithin contains at least one selected from phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylic acid and phosphatidylinositol; and the reaction is carried out under the non-organic solvent system containing potassium chloride and buffer solution. A method for producing phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) and lysophosphatidylethanolamine(LPE) using a non-organic solvent system is characterized by the steps of: reacting lecithin with ethanolamine in the presence of phospholipase D; and adding phospholipase A into the reaction resulting product and reacting them, wherein the lecithin contains at least one selected from phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylic acid and phosphatidylinositol; and the reaction is carried out under the non-organic solvent system containing potassium chloride and buffer solution.
    • 目的:提供使用非有机溶剂体系制备磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)和溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺(LPE)的方法以及通过相同方法制备的包含溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺的水溶性组合物,从而在不使用有机溶剂的情况下生产高纯度PE和LPE 。 构成:使用非有机溶剂体系制备磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)和溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺(LPE)的方法的特征在于磷脂酶D存在下使卵磷脂与乙醇胺反应,其中卵磷脂含有选自磷脂酰胆碱,磷脂酰乙醇胺,磷脂酰胆碱 酸和磷脂酰肌醇; 反应在含有氯化钾和缓冲溶液的非有机溶剂体系下进行。 使用非有机溶剂体系制备磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)和溶血磷脂酰乙醇胺(LPE)的方法的特征在于以下步骤:在磷脂酶D存在下使卵磷脂与乙醇胺反应; 并将磷脂酶A加入反应产物并使其反应,其中卵磷脂含有选自磷脂酰胆碱,磷脂酰乙醇胺,磷脂酰肌醇和磷脂酰肌醇中的至少一种; 反应在含有氯化钾和缓冲溶液的非有机溶剂体系下进行。
