    • PURPOSE: A radioisotope-labeled folate-conjugated human serum albumin which is specific to tumor and lymph node is provided to reduced false negative possibility and to enhance biopsy accuracy of the lymph node. CONSTITUTION: A radioisotope-labeled folate-conjugated human serum albumin which is specific to tumor and sentinel lymph node is denoted by chemical formula 1, ((folate)_n-A-[S-R]_l). In chemical formula 1, A is disulfide reduction human serum albumin; S is sulfur; R is radioisotope, n is 1-21 integer, and l is 1-8 integer. The human serum albumin is conjugated with folate receptors of tumor. The radioisotope is [Tc-99m]Tc. The tumor expresses the folate receptor and includes breast cancer, kidney cancer, choroid plexus carcinoma, brain tumor, or lung cancer.
