    • PURPOSE: A method for producing rice fortified with vitamin B group and vitamin E is provided, therefore vitamin B group can be easily supplied to a person by eating the manufactured rice. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing rice fortified with vitamin B group and vitamin E comprises the steps of: polishing rice using a rice polishing machine to produce polished rice; dissolving vitamin B group including vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 and tocopherol(vitamin E) in a gelatin solution; soaking the polished rice in the gelatin solution for 1 day; and removing water from the soaked rice and drying it in a drier, wherein the concentration of the vitamin B group and vitamin E in a gelatin layer of the polished rice is about 2%.
