An anticorrosive paint composition for the steel parts of automobiles comprises 25-45 wt% of an epoxy resin obtained by copolymerizing an epoxy resin and a vinyl resin; 10-30 wt% of an extender pigment; 0.5-5 wt% of a polysilicon-based surface lubricant; 15-35 wt% of a basic amine; and the balance of a solvent. Preferably the extender pigment is a zinc pigment; and the polysilicon-based surface lubricant is dimethyl polysiloxane, methylphenyl polysiloxane, methyl hydrogen polysiloxane or their modified product.

    • A high intensity aluminum alloy for hot gas forming is provided to prevent cracks and to improve an extrusion rate by properly adjusting composition of Mg, Mn, Cr, and Ti. A high intensity aluminum alloy is used for manufacturing vehicle components. The high intensity aluminum alloy comprises 3.1~3.7 weight% of Mg, 0.5~0.6 weight% of Mn, 0.2~0.4 weight% of Cr, 0.1~0.2 weight% of Ti, 0.2 weight% or less of Fe, 0.2 weight% or less of Si, and Al. The sum of Fe and Si is 0.35 weight% or less. Mg is used to cure a solid solution while improving strength and erosion-resistant characteristics of a base structure. Mn is employed to prevent crack from occurring during hot gas forming. Cr prevents a recrystallization layer from growing, thereby improving quality of an alloy under the high temperature condition. Ti reduces the size of metallic compound.

Preferably the coated aluminum paste is prepared by coating an aluminum paste with at least one selected from the group consisting of phosphoric acid, silica and chromate.

CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly break friction material composition contains 16~36wt% of lubricant, 8~22wt% of binder, 7~15wt% of reinforced fiber, 8~15wt% of abrasive, and 38~61wt% of filler. The lubricant includes 3~7wt% of natural graphite, 2~5wt% of artificial graphite, 3~6wt% of graphite fiber, 4~7wt% of tin sulfide, 2~5wt% of zinc sulfide, and 2~6wt% of iron sulfide. The break friction material composition has the average friction coefficient of 0.35~0.40.
