    • The present invention relates to a device for continuously mixing sewage sludge using carbonized chaff. More desirably, the present invention is to recycle, in a landfill or the like, cover soil which is manufactured by continuously operating, without interruption, the mixing device for mixing highly hydrous sewage sludge such as sewage residues to solidify the sewage sludge. The device for mixing sewage sludge comprises: a first mixer (10) for primarily mixing sewage sludge, which is made by crushing introduced sewage sludge, measuring the same and carbonized chaff with meters (220, 221), and mixing the sewage sludge and the carbonized chaff; a second mixer (20) for inputting a solidifying agent into the sewage sludge mixed with the carbonized chaff, which has been discharged from the first mixer (10), and secondarily mixing the sewage sludge with the solidifying agent on the lower side of the first mixer (10); a third mixer (30) for inputting caustic lime into the sewage sludge mixed with the carbonized chaff and the solidifying agent, which has been discharged from the second mixer (20), and thirdly mixing the sewage sludge with the caustic lime on the lower side of the second mixer (20); and a fourth mixer (40) for inputting phosphoric acid into the sewage sludge mixed with the carbonized chaff, the solidifying agent, and the caustic lime, which has been discharged from the third mixer (30), and fourthly mixing the sewage sludge with the phosphoric acid on the lower side of the third mixer (30), wherein the device for mixing sewage sludge is composed so that the sewage sludge mixed in the fourth mixer (40) can be mixed continuously to be able to be dried, deodorized, cured, and shipped.

    • A sorting device for reducing the weight of waste by specific gravity separation is provided to increase the recycling rate of the waste by separating the waste into the recycled waste and the waste to be burned up and to reduce the weight by drying the sorted waste in a drying and sorting separator and removing foreign materials mixed with the waste. In the sorting device for reducing the weight of waste by specific gravity separation, a specific gravity separator is composed of an input unit(11) transferring and dropping the mixed waste; a blowing unit(12) sorting out the waste concrete, earth, and rocks of the high specific gravity by scattering the waste of low specific gravity by blowing the hot air to the mixed waste falling from the input unit; an ejection unit receiving and ejecting the waste of low specific gravity scattered from the blowing unit; a discharge unit(14) receiving and discharging the waste concrete, earth, and rocks of high specific gravity falling from the blowing unit; and a housing(15) having an input port(15a) opened at the upper part of one side, an ejection port opened on the opposite side of the input port, and a discharge port(15c) formed at the lower side. The input unit is disposed at the input port, the blowing unit, hot air pipes(31a) recovering the hot air exhausted from a drying and sorting separator(20), and a cyclone(30) are arranged at the lower side of the input unit, the ejection unit is formed at the ejection port, and the discharge unit is installed at the discharge port. The ejection port of the specific gravity separator is formed in the front end of a sorting cylinder(21) of the drying and sorting separator. Transfer and discharge conveyors(23,24) are installed at the bottom and rear sides of the drying and sorting separator. A pair of shock absorbing members are symmetrically installed at the lower part of an input conveyor(11a) and the upper part of the opened discharge port where the waste is inserted and fallen into the housing.
