이를 위해 본 고안은 연마석을 이용하여 상하림에 장착되어 회전하는 타이어(1)의 사이드 월부(1a)에 백테(2)를 가공 처리하는 버핑장치에 있어서, 상기 상하림(3a,3b)에 타이어 비드(1b)가 밀착되어 공기가 주입되면 이 타이어(1) 사이드 월부(1a)의 팽창도를 확인하기 위해 타이어(1) 표면과 기울기를 감지하는 레이저 센서(4)와, 이 레이저 센서(4)의 신호를 받아들이는 수광부(5), 타이어(1)의 다른 사이드 월부(1a)에 접촉하여 레이저 센서(4)의 신호 데이터를 근거로 황삭용 연마석(6a)과 정삭용 연마석(6b)을 작동시키는 작동부(7) 및, 상기 연마석(6a,6b)들에 의해 발생된 분진을 포집하는 포집기(8)로 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
