    • PURPOSE: A stack coil-on-chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a performance of the antenna by configuring a multilayer antenna or a film type antenna. CONSTITUTION: A COB(Chip On Board) PCB(110) is configured as PCB film and a contactless terminal contacted to a COB electrode. A MPU (Micro Processor Unit)(120) is settled in an upper center of a COB PCB. An antenna terminal(130) is composed of a conductor(131) and an insulator(132). The conductor coats conductive ink to a circumference of the MPU and is formed. The conductor coats non conductive ink and is formed on upper and is formed in upper part of the conductor.

    • PURPOSE: A combination card and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of a COB terminal according to temperature change and to prevent a combination card from being twisted. CONSTITUTION: A chip of a COB(Chip On Board)(100) is attached to the square pad in a square shape. The COB terminal is separated from the chip at predetermined interval. A first recess groove of a card main body(200) is settled. A second recess groove accepts a pad. An antenna coil is formed into a metal film etching pattern. An antenna terminal is perpendicularly projected in the second recess groove.

    • PURPOSE: A hologram film is provided to form a hologram despite a laminating temperature and heat when a card is manufactured, thereby reinforcing durability against heat and pressure of a hologram. CONSTITUTION: A hologram film includes a heat-resistant layer in a film. The hologram film includes a releasing layer(20), a deposition layer(50), and an adhesive layer(70). The hologram film includes a primer layer(30). The heat-resistant layers are formed immediately on the deposition layer, the adhesive layer, or a primer layer respectively. A hologram concavo-convex is formed on the heat-resistant layer. A hologram concavo-convex is formed on the primer layer. The heat-resistant layer is made of a thermosetting resin selected from a phenol resin, an urea resin, melanin resin, a polyester resin, an epoxy resin, an urethane resin or a silicon resin.

A method for manufacturing a laminating plate(310) having a lenticular comprises the steps of: coating the surface of a galvanoplastics mold having engraved lenticulars continuously formed, with a thin conductive silver film by applying a silver solution on the surface of the galvanoplastics mold; forming a nickel electro-plating film on the upper side of the silver film of the galvanoplastics mold by dipping the galvanoplastics mold plated with the silver film, in an electrolyte containing nickel metal; producing an engraved nickel metal sheet(220) by separating the nickel electro-plating film from the galvanoplastics mold; cutting the engraved lenticular nickel metal sheet in the predetermined shape and size; and attaching the cut engraved lenticular nickel metal sheet on a recessed groove of the laminating plate having the recessed groove formed by surface discharge, by using an adhesive.

    • PURPOSE: A security film containing fluorescent yarn and its preparation method are provided, to make a security film be hardly released and to make security printing layer be hardly regenerated by making the security printing layer be transferred into the removed photograph, thereby preventing the counterfeiting of security document. CONSTITUTION: The security film is prepared by mixing 90-99.9 wt% of a polyester resin solution and 0.1-10 wt% of invisible fluorescent yarn to prepare a solution 1; mixing 20-35 wt% of an acryl resin with a degree of polymerization of 900-1,500, 20-35 wt% of vinyl acetate and 30-60 wt% of ethanol to prepare a solution 2; coating the solution 1 on a release paper(4); and coating the solution 2 on the solution 1 coating. Preferably the polyester resin solution comprises 10-40 wt% of a polyester resin; 40-70 wt% of toluene; and 10-20 wt% of methylethyl ketone. The invisible fluorescent yarn is obtained by dissolving 1-10 wt% of red, blue and green fluorescent substances into 90-99 wt% of an alcohol to prepare a fluorescent solution; dyeing nylon yarn with the fluorescent solution; and cutting the dyed yarn by 0.2-5 mm. The security film comprises a release paper(4); a base sheet(3) formed on the release paper; an adhesive layer(2) formed on the based sheet; and a security printing layer(1) formed on the adhesive layer.
