    • PURPOSE: A railroad sleeper is provided to manufacture the sleeper easily and improve durability and buffering by injecting powder of a waste tire to a substrate at high pressure, and to extend the life span by restricting direct transmission of vibration. CONSTITUTION: A sleeper for a rail is composed of a substrate(1) formed of staple-shaped or rectangular steel; a couple of rail fixing pieces(2) fastened in the surface of the substrate by welding to place the rail; and a waste tire powder layer(5) formed by injecting powder of a waste tire in upper and lower dies(3,4) at high pressure for surrounding the substrate excluding the rail fixing piece. The substrate is turned upside down and put into the lower die, and the upper die is closed. The waste tire powder layer is formed by injecting waste tire powder at 800-1500dpi for 10 -15 minutes to protect and buffer the substrate. Noise is reduced by buffering impact with supporting the rail, and accumulation of fatigue is prevented. The sleeper is formed and manufactured easily by recycling the waste tire.

The fishing rod-support fixing unit (1) comprises a fishing rod fixing clamp (11) for wrapping around a fishing rod handle portion, a clamp-screw fixing unit (12) having a through-hole (14), and a tightening screw (13). The fishing rod-support fixing unit (1) can be attached to and detached from a rotating pivot unit (8) using a trigger handle (7). According to the present invention, a clamp employing a wrapping-type technique rather than an existing clamp employing a technique in which a fixing pin screw protrudes at the top is especially used, so that a structure which can be vertically moved is provided and the support device for a fishing rod can be provided in a structure appropriate for fishing in Korea.

    • PURPOSE: A water bike is provided to allow a driver to easily drive the same even on water currents and waves, thereby improving safety and stability. CONSTITUTION: A water bike (100) includes multiple floating bodies (101,102,103), a main body frame (110), a driver chair (120), handles (161,162), pedals (130), and a power transmission assembly (140). The floating body is shaped into, or is similar to a sphere. One or two floating bodies are placed at the front side of the water bike, and the front side faces the running direction of the water bike. The main body frame has three connecting rods (111,112,113) respectively facing the centers of the floating bodies, and the connecting rods are respectively and detachably connected to the floating bodies. The driver chair is installed on the main body frame. The handles for manipulating the direction of the water bike are connected to a helm facing water behind the water bike. The pedals on the main body frame are placed to be biased toward the floating body at the front side of the water bike, and drive the water bike forward. The power transmission assembly rotates a screw propeller (150) in the water under the main body frame using a driving force from the rotation of the pedals or a motor.
