The exhaust gas ignition apparatus for the coke oven according to an embodiment of the present invention is an ignition apparatus igniting the coke oven gas (COG) discharged through the bleeder inside the coke oven, and comprises the following: a gate unit opening and closing an igniting port located on a side wall of the bleeder; and an ignition unit opening the gate unit by contacting the gate unit, inserted into the bleeder through the igniting port, and igniting fire on the coke oven gas by generating a spark.
