    • PURPOSE: A steel sheet cooling method is provided to reduce scale during a water cooling process, thereby enabling transformation to a lower temperature structure through rapid cooling without an additional pickling device. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet cooling method is characterized in that a CxHx based non-oxidizing material is sprayed on a steel sheet having a temperature over 600°C to cool the steel sheet. The non-oxidizing material is one or two selected from the group consisting of pentane(C5H12), hexane(C6H14), heptane(C7H16), and octane(C8H18). The steel cooling method employs a continuous annealing line or continuous hot dipping line.

A chrome-free resin composition for providing good forming properties is formed by a method of selectively coating a silica-based pretreatment solution before coating a resin-based coating composition. The silica pretreatment solution comprises silica-based salt or oxide such as silica, silicate, and so on, 50-90%, and salts or oxides selected from the group consisting of titania, titanate, zirconia, and so on, 10-50%. In addition, at least one additive selected from acryl-based resin, urethane-based resin, silane, and so on, is mixed and used as a ratio of 10 to 50wt%.
