    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metallocene catalyst is provided to overcome the restrictive reaction temperature of the existing ways, and conduct one-pot reaction through in-situ reaction, reduce the period of manufacturing by reducing unnecessary processes and save the amount of reaction solvent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the metallocene catalyst of the following chemical formula 6 comprises: a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 1 and n-BuLi in the presence of solvent including a non-polar good solvent and a polar poor solvent; a step of reacting the compound with the compound of chemical formula 2; a step of manufacturing ligand compound of chemical formula4 by reacting the compound with the compound of chemical formula 3; and a step of metallation by reacting the ligand compound with the compound of chemical formula 5.
    • 目的:提供茂金属催化剂的制备方法,克服现有方式的限制性反应温度,通过原位反应进行一锅反应,减少不必要的工艺,节省反应溶剂量,减少制造周期。 构成:以下化学式6的茂金属催化剂的制造方法包括:使化学式1的化合物和n-BuLi在包括非极性良溶剂和极性不良溶剂的溶剂的存在下反应的步骤; 化合物与化学式2的化合物反应的步骤; 通过使化合物与化学式3的化合物反应制造化学式4的配体化合物的步骤; 以及通过使配体化合物与化学式5的化合物反应而进行金属化的步骤。
