摘要： PURPOSE: A mold for manufacturing concrete sleepers is provided, which not only improves rigidity of the concrete sleepers by filling a plural steel wires in the concrete sleepers, but also manufactures a large quantities of the concrete sleepers by filling a plural steel wires in the concrete sleepers. CONSTITUTION: The mold(1) comprises a base(10); a form(20) which is formed on the base, and in which a plural molding spaces(21) are formed side by side so that concrete is poured into the plural molding spaces and cured therein; a pair of shielding plates(30,30') for shielding front and rear parts of the respective molding spaces with being hinge connected to the front and rear sides of the form; a plural steel wires(40) which are longitudinally installed in the respective molding spaces, and both ends of which are removably fixed to the shielding plates so that the steel wires are filled in the concrete to be cured so as to increase strength of cured concrete; and a plural steel wire supports(50) which are installed at front and rear parts inside the respective molding spaces so that the plural steel wire supports support both sides of the respective steel wires in the state that the steel wires are floated, wherein the respective shielding plates comprise a plural shielding parts(31,31') for shielding front and rear parts of the respective molding spaces to shield the front and rear parts of the molding spaces at the same time, and wherein a lower part of the shielding plates is hinge connected to a lower part of the front and rear parts of the form so that an upper part of the shielding plates is vertically rotated around the lower part of the form.
