    • PURPOSE: An integrated rainwater treatment apparatus including a microorganism treatment bath and a rainwater treatment method are provided to maximize the purification efficiency of a non-point contamination source regarding initial rainwater, and easily construct and maintain the inexpensive apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater treatment method includes: a step of making inflow rainwater flow downwards to a precipitation tank with vortex flow; a step of absorbing floating non-point contaminants such as oil included in rainwater during the vortex flow of the rainwater; a step of precipitating precipitable non-point contaminants included in the rainwater after the vortex flow of the rainwater; a step of making the rainwater upwardly flow and pass through a filter(5); and a step of making the rainwater downwardly flow and pass through the filter; a step of making the rainwater upwardly flow and pass through a microorganism treatment apparatus(9). The rainwater, which has upwardly flowed and passed through the filter, drops with a differential head, upwardly flows, and flows into the filter.

    • A fire detector with a malfunction preventing function is provided to reduce the current consumption and to execute a fire monitoring function safely for the surrounding environment by using a bridge temperature detecting circuit. In a fire detector(20) with a malfunction preventing function, a non-polar bridge diode(21) receives power through one input stage by a relay coil unit(10) of a fire receiver, and receives and rectifies common power of the fire receiver through the other input stage and outputs constant DC(Direct Current) voltage. A temperature detecting unit(22) comprises an outer thermistor(TH2) installed at the outer side of the fire detector to detect the room temperature and an inner thermistor(TH1) installed in the fire detector to detect the internal temperature of the fire detector. The temperature detecting unit generates and outputs a fire sensing signal by difference of temperature detected in the outer and inner thermistors, by using the output of the non-polar bridge diode. A relay driving unit(23) is a circuit switched by the output of the temperature detecting unit. The relay driving unit turns on a fire indication lamp(LED) in switching and applies power to the coil unit of the fire receiver. A malfunction preventing unit(24) detects the output of the non-polar bridge diode and temporally cuts off the output of the temperature detecting unit if the noise is inputted.
