摘要： The present invention relates to different kinds of non-slip pads with decorative patterns and a manufacturing method for the same comprising a step of cutting out different colors of fabric which can go through a high frequency welding process to have decorative patterns (S1); a step of combining the fabric with a fabric type non-slip pad body which can go through a high frequency welding process (S2); a step of mounting the combined pad body and fabric on a mold through pins (S3); a step of molding a decorative pattern welding part on the combined pad body through a high frequency welding process (S4); a step of combining protective films with the top and bottom surfaces of the pad body which has been through the high frequency welding process (S5); and a step of cutting out the pad body into a predetermined shape (S6). Therefore, the present invention produces elegant design using three-dimensional texture having intaglio and embossment as different kinds of fabric which has different colors or materials from the pad body are applied to the surface of the non-slip pad body through a high frequency welding process.

본 발명에 따른 휴대기기용 보호 케이스의 제조방법은 겉지를 하부지그에 안착시키는 1단계; 상기 겉지의 상면에 심재를 배치하는 2단계; 상기 심재의 상면에 속지를 배치하여 합지를 구성하는 3단계; 상기 3단계의 합지에 대해 상부지그를 하강시켜 가압하면서 초음파를 가해심재의 표면이 용융되어 겉지와 속지에 스며들도록 하는 4단계; 상기 4단계 이후 일정 시간 경화시킨 후 일정 형상으로 커팅시키는 5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면 초음파에 의해 심재가 일부 용융되어 겉지와 속지와 융착되도록 함으로써 접착제의 도포공정을 생략할 수 있어 제조공수를 절감시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 심재를 유색 소재를 적용하는 경우 절단된 커팅면에 투톤 컬러가 표출될 수 있어 보다 미려한 심미감을 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
