The bearing member is installed between the upper body and the lower body. The steering unit is contacted with the slope and elastically installed in the upper body. When the upper body is rotated with respect to the lower body, the steering unit is moved upward and downward by the slope and presses the upper body in original position direction.

By the rising of the developing roller, the first elevation electrode and the first fixed electrode are connected by the first electrode connecting spring and a first voltage from a power supply is fed to the developing roller. If there is a disturbance while the first elevation electrode is connected to the first fixed electrode, the connecting state is maintained stably by the elasticity of the first electrode connecting spring. Thereby, a voltage is fed to the developing roller stably.
