摘要： PURPOSE: Provided are a photocatalyst carrier coated by a two-step coating process to increase hardness and adsorption capacity thereof. CONSTITUTION: The carrier is prepared by using one-component transparent oxime-type silicon rubber and one-component transparent acetoxy-type rubber as a carrier material as well as a binder material and benzene, toluene and xylene as a solvent to dissolve the binder. The method comprises the steps of (a) extrusion moulding a mixture of one-component transparent oxime-type silicon rubber and one-component transparent acetoxy-type rubber and coating photocatalyst powder onto the moulded body; (b) drying the moulded body for 48 hrs; (c) cutting the moulded body into particles of 1 to 2 mm size, thereby producing a first-coated carrier; (d) preparing coating material by mixing a binder consisted of one-component transparent oxime-type silicon rubber and one-component transparent acetoxy-type rubber, a solvent consisted of benzene, toluene and xylene, and photocatalyst; (e) introducing the first-coated carrier into the coating material prepared at the step (d); (f) adding photocatalyst to the mixture prepared at the step (e), thereby producing a second-coated carrier; and (g) drying the second-coated carrier.

Also, an upper support(18) is rotatably assembled at one end thereof to the center of the upper end of the apparatus using a bolt. The fixing pipe is installed using two pairs of I-shaped moving rails(15) so that upper and lower strings of a drift gill net are drawn at the same time.
