      본 발명에 의한 냉장고 탈취구 제조방법은, 규조토를 건조한 후 50~100메쉬 크기로 파쇄하여 분말로 성형하는 파쇄단계와; 규조토 분말을 810~830℃의 온도로 가열하여 소성가공하는 소성단계와; 규조토 분말 30~50중량%와, 규사 40~60중량%, 토르말린 분말 5~10중량%, 바인더 2~5중량%를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물 20kg 대비 물 7ℓ를 혼합하는 혼합단계와; 상기 혼합된 혼합물을 몰드에 넣어 소정의 형태로 성형하는 성형단계와; 몰드에 투입된 혼합물을 건조하여 고형화한 후 몰드로부터 제거하는 건조단계;로 구성된다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing leather containing loess is provided to emit far infrared ray and to easily add loess to the leather. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing leather containing loess comprises: a step of removing fur from the animal skin; a step of removing fat from the leather; a step of pressing the leather with a roller to removing moisture; a step of adjusting the thickness of the leather and cutting the leather; a step of softening the leather by dipping in a mixture solution containing 1.0-3.0% of sodium formate, 10-20% of syncotan, and 0.5-1.5% of sodium bicarbonate for 1-3 hours; a step of dipping the leather into a mixture solution containing 5.0-7.0% of oil, 2.0-4.0% of dye, 3.0-7.0% of firewood and charcoal, and 1.0-3.0% of formic acid for 3-5 hours for dyeing; a step of drying the leather; a step of unfolding the leather; a step of painting the leather with pigment and adhesive; and a step of cutting the unnecessary part of the leather.

The punch makes a material enter the die hole. The striper plate presses the material while the material enters the die hole by the punch. Between the die hole and the punch of a first drawing process, a first clearance or a second clearance is formed.

    • PURPOSE: An auxiliary foot step mechanism is provided to adjust height and to help a person wearing a foot step mechanism walk smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A foot is inserted into a support(2) and a safety belt(1) is closely adhered to the calf of the leg. Then, the shin is adjusted by a front tightening belt(101) and a foot step mechanism(5) is closely adhered to the ankle by an instep belt(3) and an ankle belt(4). After finishing wearing the foot step mechanism, the ankle belt(4) is released from the ankle and the foot step mechanism(5) is bent down vertically. Finally, a user can walk with the foot step mechanism(5) by tightening the front part of the foot with the ankle belt(4).
