    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an epoxy molding compound (EMC) mold washing sheet is provided to obtain variant properties inside a mold by improving the oil dispersibility without occurring fumes or odor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an EMC mold washing sheet comprises the following steps: heating and melting one or more wax among polypropylene wax and polyethylene wax in which the Tg is between 65°C and 80°C; forming a mixture of 10-30 parts by weight of a cleaning agent, 10-50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, and 1-10 parts by weight of an additive based on 100 parts by weight of one or more polymer among butadiene rubber (BR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EDPM), nitrile rubber (NR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), and chloroprene rubber (CR) in the melted wax; and molding the mixture into the shape of a sheet.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a composite material of a bulk shape using PAN-based carbon nano-fiber web is provided to improve dynamic mechanical property, thermal stability, and electric resistance etc remarkably. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a composite material of a bulk shape using PAN-based carbon nano-fiber web comprises the following steps of: acquiring PAN-DMF liquid by mixing polyacrylonitriles and dimethylfluorine in 60°C for 24 hours; acquiring a PAN nano-fiber web precursor by electro-spinning the acquired PAN-DMF liquid; acquizing stabilized nano-fiber; acquiring carbon nano-fiber web by carbonizing the stabilized nano-fiber web; dispersing the PAN-based carbon nano-fiber to a powder type; manufacturing a composite material; and adjusting the thickness of the composite material to 0.1-10mm.
