    • PURPOSE: A submarine is provided to install a pressure hull and an anchor which is arranged in the outside of the pressure hull, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A submarine comprises a pressure hull, an anchor winch, and a drive motor(18). The anchor winch is arranged in the outside of a pressure hull. The drive motor drives the anchor winch. The drive motor is arranged in the outside of the pressure hull. A hydraulic motor is used as the drive motor. The drive motor forms the direct drive part of the anchor winch. A gear unit passing through the pressure hull of the submarine is not needed by the installation of the drive motor.

    • A submarine boat is provided to prevent damage to an equipment carrier and a communication buoy supported on the equipment carrier by elastically supporting the equipment carrier on a hull of the submarine boat in case of an impact load. A submarine boat(2) includes a communication buoy(8) connected to a cable(12). The communication buoy is supported at a supporting position between an external plate and a hull of the submarine boat in an equipment carrier(6). The equipment carrier is installed at a rotating arm connected to the hull. The rotating arm draws and inserts the communication buoy from/in the supporting position. The equipment carrier is rotatably supported at the rotating arm. Coupling units couple rotations of the equipment carriers and the rotating arms.
