The piles are installed on the ground to be horizontally and longitudinally separated from each other. The bottom plates are hinged on the bottom ends of walls(130). The horizontal strut members are formed in a plate shape and are installed between the bottom plates. Both ends of the longitudinal tension members are fixed to the outer side surfaces of the bottom plates through the horizontal strut members.
