    • A method for manufacturing a concrete dispersant from the waste material generated in producing aromatic carboxylic acid by oxidation of aromatic compounds is provided to secure high dispersability and stability of the dispersant and to prevent the cost rise and secondary environmental pollution by using the waste material. The concrete dispersant manufacturing method includes a step of oxidizing the waste material generated during a terephthalic acid manufacturing process by an oxidizing agent. The oxidizing agent is a Fenton's reagent, H2O2(Hydrogen Peroxide), KMnO4(Potassium Permanganate), K2Cr2O7(Potassium Dichromate), O3(Ozone), or K2S2O8(Potassium per Sulfate). The waste materials are added over 5%. After the oxidization step, at least one material selected from a group comprising an air entraining agent, a slump maintaining agent, an antifoaming agent, an accelerating agent, a retardant, a bleeding inhibitor, and a fire resistant is added.
