CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional road lamp comprises a post(110), a lamp cover(130), and a high-temperature discharge lamp. The post is vertically positioned at the ground. The lamp cover is fixed to the top end of the post or an arm formed in the top end of the post. The high-temperature discharge lamp is installed inside the lamp cover. A shield cover(150) is formed on the outer surface of the bottom end of the post. Multiple protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the shield cover to prevent electric shock.
