      종래에는 용기로부터 캡을 분리한 후에는 손에 잡고 내용물을 음용하거나 마땅히 보관할 장소가 없어 불편할 뿐만 아니라 망실되는 등의 문제점들이 있는데 이를 해결하기 위하여, 용기의 배출부에 결합된 내부캡과, 상기 내부캡에 분리 가능케 결합된 외부캡이 구비된 음료용기용 캡에 있어서, 상기 외부캡은 내부캡에 고정되는 스커트와, 이 스커트의 상측에 일정 거리만큼 절취되어 분리되는 나선형의 절취부를 가지며 상기 외부캡에 연결되는 연결부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 음료용기용 캡 구조가 제공된다.
      따라서 외부캡의 나사 이동 또는 슬라이드 이동에 의해 배출부재가 승강작동됨으로써 내용물의 음용이 매우 편리하고, 내부캡으로부터 분리된 외부캡이 연결부에 의해 내부캡에 연결됨으로써 외부캡의 망실 등이 방지된다.

    • PURPOSE: A cap sealing structure for receiving different kinds of materials is provided to improve sealing efficiency thereof, resulting in extension in preservation time of the materials received in the vessel. CONSTITUTION: In a cap(1) coupled to a neck(100) or other appropriate opening portions of a vessel used to contain different kinds of materials, the cap comprises a fixed member(10) coupled around the neck of the vessel, and a movable member(20) coupled to the fixed member so as to define a reservoir space(22) therebetween. In order to improve sealing ability of the reservoir space, a soft sealing member(30) is provided at a sealing portion(11) of the fixed member or a lower end of a tube(21) of the movable member.

    • PURPOSE: A cap protecting device using shape memory alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to allow a cap of an injector to be selectively separated according to a circumference temperature. CONSTITUTION: In an injector container(20) used to receive an injection and provided with a plug(22) for preventing the leakage of the injection, the cap protecting device comprises a cap(30) to be attached to the top portion of the injector container for preventing the separation of the plug; a stopper(32) integrated with the cap in a separable manner; and a shape memory alloy coupled to the stopper. The separation restraint device keeps both ends flaps of the stopper at a second position if a temperature around the injector container is lower than a desired critical temperature, and on the other hand, keeps the both ends flaps at a first position if the temperature is higher than the critical temperature, thus allowing the cap to be selectively separated according to the circumference temperature.
