摘要： A marine switching system for providing time information and a method thereof are provided to enable ship passengers to check the hour of the present area more conveniently as a keyphone terminal displays the hour on the basis of the present hour information received from a marine clock which supplies the present hour information according to the location of a ship. A marine switching network comprises a marine clock(10), a keyphone system(20), and a keyphone terminal(30). The marine clock checks the hour according to the present longitude of a ship, and outputs the present time data including a header field, a UTC(Universal Time Coordinated) field, a date field, a local zone hour field, a local zone minute field, etc. The keyphone system, comprising an hour extraction part(22) and an hour update part(23), receives the present time data outputted from the marine clock, extracts the present hour information from the received data, and outputs it. The keyphone terminal receives the present hour information from the keyphone system and updates the hour.

摘要： PURPOSE: A clock or watch having an accuracy-improving function is provided to apply to a game machine based on measurement for a time difference. CONSTITUTION: A register(3) having a predetermined set value is provided in parallel with a counter(2) for counting a basic signal generated from a crystal oscillator(1). The register(3) and the counter(2) are connected to a comparator(6) for inputting a count signal into a time-counting circuit(8) every time when the count value of the basic signal in the counter has reached the set value in the register. A signal based on the time-counting signal is sent from the time-counting circuit(8) to a display which indicates time based on the signal. The time indicated on the display is compared with the standard time indicated by a television or the like. In this case, when there is a time difference between the display time and the standard time, a correction value, in terms of the number of seconds, corresponding to the time difference is input through an input unit. The input correction value is calculated in a computing circuit, and is set as a new set value in the register. A time-counting signal based on the newly set value in the register is output from the comparator(6). This improves the accuracy of the time indicated on the display.
