    • PURPOSE: A condensing water collector of compressor is provided to separate condensing water from contaminants and to prevent noise generate by discharge of high pressure air. CONSTITUTION: A collector includes an inlet pipe(10); a distributor(20); a separation body(40); and an air flow control panel(60). The inlet pipe takes in air discharged from an outside compressor into the collector. The distributor passes air taken in through the inlet pipe downward. The separation body separates oil and moisture from air having passed the distributor using centrifugal force. The air flow control panel is a disk and controls velocity of air flowing in the collector to reduce pressure to prevent noise.

    • PURPOSE: A drain apparatus for a compression tank is provided to easily secure assembly performance and reliability by the simplified structure, to sensitively react to small pressure changes, and to separate or collect oil content and foreign substances included in condensate. CONSTITUTION: A drain apparatus(10) for a compression tank(T) includes a valve body(12) installed to the bottom of the body of the compression tank, to the end portion of a condensate discharge hose, or to a compressed air-conveying line; a cover body with a drain port; a piston(18) dividing the inner space of the valve body into an upper chamber(C1) and a lower chamber(C2) and forming a compressed air-conveying passage(20) between the piston and the inside caliber portion(12') of the valve body; a check valve body(24) installed on a side of the piston; and a drain caulk(28) opening and shutting the drain port. The cover body closes up the lower opening portion of the valve body. The check valve body is elastically changed to open or shut the compressed air-conveying line according to a pressure change of the upper chamber. The check valve body enables transfer of compressed air and condensate into the lower chamber and cuts off transfer of the opposite direction.

    • PURPOSE: An operating system of a diaphragm pump is provided to allow precise dispense under bad conditions. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises the steps of: a suction step in which a suction valve(40) is opened by operation of a controller, and a piston(30) is moved back by rotation of a stepping motor to transform a diaphragm(22) so that photochemical in a container is introduced through a suction line and the suction valve into a pump chamber by negative force of the pump chamber; a purge step in which the piston is stopped and the suction valve is closed as the suction step is completed, and a purge valve(50) is simultaneously opened to primarily remove bubble introduced through the suction line or formed by cavitation and to discharge the bubble through a purge line to the container; a dispense step in which a discharge valve(42) is opened by outside signal as soon as the purge step is completed so that photochemical is dispensed through a discharge line; a vent process step collecting bubble generated due to difference of pressure as an inline filter installed on the discharge line is moving along the discharge line, or inevitably introduced as the container or the inline filter is replaced, and discharging the bubble to the outside; and a preparation step closing the suction valve, the discharge valve and the purge valve as the suction step is completed, keeping pressure of fluid in the pump chamber and the inline filter, and awaiting next input of dispense signal.
