The cut out part is expanded from the connection part. A cut groove and a wedge pin insertion groove are formed on the cut out part and are pressed in order to be inserted to an insertion groove part(8) or the mold panel.

The supports are protruded by bending both ends of a contact surface(240) which are adhered to the notch plate. The lock pin has a projection part(320) and a first spring fixing part(330). The projection part is inserted into the first lock pin hole of the clamp and hung from the second lock pin hole. The first spring fixing part fixes one side of a spring. The spring case is formed in parallel with the lock pin for covering the spring and has a second spring fixing part(410). The second spring fixing part fixes the other side of the spring.
