A device for collecting an organic solvent by using a freezing unit comprises an inlet pipe(21), an air pipe(30), an outlet pipe(22), a water injection pipe(31), and an organic solvent discharging pipe(35). The inlet pipe supplies air with the organic solvent into an inner chamber of the freezing unit. The air pipe transfers air from the inlet pipe to the inner chamber of the freezing unit. The outlet pipe discharges air that the organic solvent is separated. The organic solvent is separated from the air while passing through the air pipe. The water injection pipe injects water to the inner chamber of the freezing unit. The organic solvent discharge pipe is connected with the outlet pipe to discharge separated organic solvent to the outside.

    • A device for collecting volatile organic compounds is provided to improve recovery rate and to prevent energy loss by discharging gas to the outside according to the temperature of gas or bypassing the gas to a gas supply pipe through a bypass pipe. A device for collecting volatile organic compounds comprises a temperature sensor(50), a bypass pipe(40), a gas supply pipe(31), a gas discharge pipe(32), a cooling device(20), a condenser(21), a valve(41), and an inlet pipe(61). The condenser is installed at the cooling device to cool down gas supplied between the gas supply pipe and the gas discharge pipe. The temperature sensor is installed at an inner part of the gas discharge pipe to measure temperature of the gas. The valve is electrically connected with the temperature sensor and being controlled according to the measured temperature. The bypass pipe re-supplies gas from the valve to the gas supply pipe. The inlet pipe wherein liquefied volatile organic compounds are flowed into, is installed at the gas discharge pipe.
