    • PURPOSE: A synthesis method of biodiesel is provided to remarkably improve yield of biodiesel by using waste starfishes as an inhomogeneous solid catalyst. CONSTITUTION: (a) Starfishes are sintered in high temperature. (b) Oil fat is reacted with alcohol under existence of the starfishes. The step (a) is performed at 750-950°C for 1-5 hours. The oil fat is selected from a tallow induced from the followings or mixture of the followings, soybean oil, rape seed oil, palm oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, castor oil, walnut oil, peanut oil, cottonseed oil, rice oil, camellia oil, olive oil, a tallow, a lard, a mutton tallow and fish oil. Alcohol is selected from methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol and butanol. The mole ratio of alcohol and oil fat is 1:5 to 1:20. The sintered waste starfishes are used as 0.05 to 0.3 wt% based on weight of the oil fat. The step (b) is performed at 50-200°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    • PURPOSE: A waste oil processing apparatus using discharge in oil is provided to reduce the puncture voltage, and to generate the effective discharge in oil for dissolving waste oil. CONSTITUTION: A waste oil processing apparatus using discharge in oil comprises the following: a container(10) for storing waste oil; a counter electrode(20) exposed inside the space for storing the waste oil inside the container; a discharge electrode(30) installed inside the container for generating the arc discharge(70) with the counter electrode; and a driver(40) moving the discharge electrode for continuously generating the connection and separation of the discharge electrode to the counter electrode.
