    • PURPOSE: A ceramic coating material is provided to ensure excellent profitability of ceramic coating, good coating state after coating and excellent ceramic characteristics and to ensure fuse coating used at a relatively low process temperature. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating material comprises 20~30 weight% of composite materials, 10~20 weight% of silicate powder, 5~10 weight% of sodium carbonate, 15~20 weight% of borax, 5~10 weight% of sodium nitrate, 4~5 weight% of fluorite, 1~4 weight% of cobalt oxide and 1~3 weight% of antimony oxide. The composite material includes 45~50 weight% of SiO2, 14~18 weight% of Al2O3, 2~4 weight% of Fe2O3, 6~8 weight% of FeO, 8~10 weight% of CaO, 1~3 weight% of K2O, 2~4 weight% of Na2O, 1~3 weight% of TiO2, 0.5~1 weight% of P2O6 and 0.1~0.5 weight% of MnO.

    • PURPOSE: A nano-ink coating composition is provided to ensure antibacterial property and durability and to apply to various print media such as paper and fiber. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a nano-ink coating composition comprises: a step of mixing 5-7 weight parts of coloring agent, 2-4 weight parts of humidifying antibacterial agent having a size of 30-100 nm, and 2-2.5 weight parts of anion-generating rare earth mineral with 5-7 weight parts of purified water; a step of adding 2-4 weight parts of dispersing stabilizer to the nano-dispersing mixture; a step of mixing with 1.5 weight parts of hydrogen persoxide and homogenizing to obtain aqueous dispersion; a step of mixing 20-25 weight parts of aqueous dispersion with 60-65 weight parts of aqueous alcohol; a step of mixing 5-10 weight parts of polyvinyl alcohol and 5-10 weight parts of methyl ethyl ketone; and a step of homogenizing the mixture at 130-145°C for 50-60 minutes.
