CONSTITUTION: A livestock excretion method using a venturi tube structure comprises a step of separating solid and liquid of livestock excretion and inserting the waste water into a storage tank(100); a step of transferring the waste water into a pipe shaped flow path(200) which is connected to the lower part of the storage tank; and a step of increasing the temperature of the waste water and transferring the waste water into the storage tank. The venturi pipe has an inner circumference in the inlet side of a screw groove part.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid fertilizer using humic acid is provided to solve a handling problem of livestock excretion and produce liquid fertilizer using a microbial treatment, reactions with specific minerals, and bioreactor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid fertilizer using humic acid comprises next steps: fermenting compost in a compost fermenting chamber(10) for 5-7 days; mixing the fermented compost with water in a weight ratio of 1:1-10; maturing in a compost liquor collecting tank(20) for 5-7 days; putting the matured compost liquid in an aeration tank, a rock tank, and the aeration tank successively and finally obtaining water-soluble humic acid concentrate; supplying the water-soluble humic acid concentrate and pig fecal in a weight ratio of 1 t o1 to a mixing tank(50) and aerating for 24 hours through a blower(51); and storing the liquefied fertilizer from the mixing tank to a storage tank(60) through a chaff collecting tank(70) and aerating for 20 minutes every 2 hours. In the chaff collecting tank, suspended materials are oxidized and impurities are removed.

The nutrient solution container prepares compost components in liquid states based on the analysis of a liquid compost analyzer.
