    • PURPOSE: In using an air winch or hoist for a lift work, an air pressure supplied to an air motor is stopped automatically when an overload is applied. CONSTITUTION: An air motor(2)is connected to an air supplier. A drum is rotated by a planetary carrier fixed by a torque arm to wind a wire. A main control valve(5) is installed between the air supplier and the air motor to control air pressure. A control valve(6) is installed between the air supplier and the main control valve to control signal to convert the main control valve. A load detecting member detects load applied to the torque arm. A link(16) rotates when the load is over a limit. A limit valve(17) is installed to control air pressure supplied to a pilot valve.

    • PURPOSE: An operating switch for a pneumatic hoist is provided to improve work efficiency by simultaneously performing handling of loaded articles and switch operation work. CONSTITUTION: An operating switch for a pneumatic hoist comprises an outer case(130) forming plural protruded rods(131) inside; an inner case(128) formed inside the outer case as a cylinder; a movable valve(127) formed inside the inner case as a cylinder; a first air control unit(161) formed to a first channel pipe(151) of the movable valve; and a second air control unit(162) formed to a second channel pipe of the movable valve. A movable hole(132) to vertically move the protruded rod is formed to the outer peripheral surface of the inner case. A third port(125) for taking in outer compressed air and a fourth port(126) for supplying compressed air to a cylinder or discharging compressed air of the cylinder are mounted to the upper part of the inner case. A discharge port(129) for serving as an outer discharge passage of the compressed air is mounted to the lower part of the inner case. The first channel pipe moves vertically together with the protruded rod and guides the compressed air coming in through the third port to the fourth port. The second channel pipe guides the compressed air discharged from the fourth port to the discharge port. The first air control unit elastically moves vertically to open the first channel pipe, in ascent of the movable valve. The second air control unit elastically moves vertically to open the second channel pipe, in descent of the movable valve.
