摘要： 본 고안은 추출이 필요한 차를 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 간편하게 마실 수 있도록 한 일회용 차 추출 컵에 관한 것으로, 특히 차 음용과 동시에 흡연을 위한 재떨이로의 수행이 가능하도록 하면서 재떨이로의 수행 시 주변으로의 담뱃재 비산 방지는 물론 안전성을 도모할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
현재 이러한 일회용 차 추출 컵은, 원두커피 등과 같이 추출이 필요한 차를 휴대하여 야외에서도 물만 부으면 간편하게 마실 수 있도록 되어 있으나, 차와 동시에 흡연을 할 경우 별도의 재떨이가 구비되어야 한다는 것이다.
따라서 재떨이가 구비되지 않은 상태에서는 차와 동시에 흡연을 할 수 없었고, 차를 모두 마신 후 빈 컵을 이용하여 흡연을 할 경우에도 담뱃재의 비산은 물론 담뱃불의 소등이 어려워 화재의 위험성이 잔재되어 있다.
또한 차의 추출 시 여과지를 통과한 차 입자의 미세 성분이 차 추출기를 통하여 그대로 컵 내부에 수용되게 됨으로써 추출된 차의 질이 저하되는 원인이 되는 것이다.
따라서 본 발명에서는 차 찌꺼기를 이용하여 재떨이 기능을 수행할 수 있는 일회용 차 추출 컵을 제공함으로써 차를 마시면서 또는 차를 마신 후 흡연을 할 경우 주위 환경을 깨끗이 유지하면서도 위생적 안전과 화재에 대한 안전성까지 확보할 수 있는 일회용 차 추출 컵을 제공하고자 하는 것이고, 차 추출기의 구조를 개량하여 여과지를 통과하게 되는 차의 미세 입자 성분을 차 추출기에서 침전시켜 2차 여과 기능을 갖도록 함으로써 보다 양질의 차 추출이 가능하도록 하고자 함이다.
