    • The present invention relates to an incombustible fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) panel for reinforcement of a concrete structure that is attached to one side of a concrete structure at a certain distance to increase the inner strength and fire resistance of the concrete structure, and to a repair and reinforcement method for the concrete structure using the same. According to the present invention, the incombustible FRP panel, which is installed on one side of the concrete structure at a certain distance for reinforcement of the concrete structure, comprises a base board that is made of a synthetic resin or a plaster, wherein multiple bolt coupling holes are formed for an anchor bolt to pass through; and an incombustible sheet that is formed by impregnating a fireproofing fiber in a resin aqueous solution, which is made by mixing a methylol melamine resin and an inorganic flame retardant and adding a solvent in order to diffuse and dilute with water. The incombustible sheet is directly connected to a lower side of the base board in a half-dried prepreg state after being hot pressed with a set temperature and pressure.

    • PURPOSE: A 3D pattern formed on high gloss panel is provided to use high-gloss sheet paper as surface material by conjugating a pattern-printed film and an environment-friendly PET film to one sheet paper. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a 3D pattern formed on high gloss panel comprises: a step of supplying a pre-processed PET film, a first printed film, and a second printed film, and heating by a heating roller; a step of positioning the first printed film on the bottom of the PET film, and the second printed film on the bottom of the first printed film; a step of conjugating by a plain roller to be one sheet paper; a step of improving the smoothness of the sheet paper by the tension of the plain roller; a step of forming 3D patterned layer by coating UV hardener on the sheet paper by a stamp roller; a step of hardening the UV hardener by irradiating UV through a UV lamp; a step of cooling the sheet paper by a quenching roller, and a step of coating a surface protection film on the 3D patterned layer; a step of spreading a primer on the bottom of the sheet paper, and drying the primer by heat wind; a step of supplying panel for conjugating, and a step of spreading an adhesive on the surface of the panel; a step of forming 3D pattern by bonding the sheet paper on the surface of the panel spread by the adhesive.
