    • The present invention relates to an ultraviolet ray molding system for manufacturing a product by using an ultraviolet ray curing method. The ultraviolet ray molding system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a mold driving device which includes a frame, a moving plate capable of being moved up and down in the frame and a fixed plate installed at a power part of the frame; an upper mold which is installed on the moving plate; a light producing part which produces light of ultraviolet ray range by being combined to an upper part of the upper mold; a lower mold which forms a cavity through the combination with the upper mold by being installed on the fixed plate; and a resin injecting device which includes at least one nozzle part injecting a ultraviolet curable resin into the cavity by being arranged between the upper mold and the lower mold, and a resin supplying part supplying the resin to the nozzle part by accommodating the resin and controlling the operation of the nozzle part.

    • PURPOSE: A lens manufacture method is provided to obtain a small size of a lens module because no separate shielding member is installed between lenses. CONSTITUTION: A fist lens layer(110) is formed by first and second molds(310,320). A shielding layer(130) and a second lens layer(120) are formed on the first lens layer. The second lens layer is formed by spreading a second lens material(220) to contain the shielding layer in whole, pressing the second lens material and the first lens layer with the second mold and a third mold, and hardening the second lens material.
