    • PURPOSE: A method for coating a fluorine resin on the inner side of a pipe used in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is provided to prevent the damage of the pipe due to various byproducts deposited on the inner side of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The welding side of a pipe is treated(S100). Powder emery is sprayed on the inner side of the pipe(S200). Air is repeatedly sprayed to the pipe in order to eliminate foreign materials attached on the treated inner side of the pipe(S300). The pipe is arranged in a sealed heating unit and is heated(S400). A fluorine resin is coated on the heated inner side of the pipe(S500). The coated pipe is arranged in the heating unit and is heated(S600). A fluorine resin is coated on the secondarily heated inner side of the pipe(S700). The secondarily coated pipe is arranged in a sealed heating unit of 270 to 310 degrees Celsius and is heated for 20 to 50 minutes(S800). The heated pipe is discharged. Heating and discharging operations are repeated for four or five times.

    • PURPOSE: A ceramic coating method for a kitchen knife is provided to obtain improved durability of a kitchen knife by applying ceramic liquid on a heat-treated kitchen knife through two stages and finally plasticizing the kitchen knife. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating method for a kitchen knife comprises the steps of: forming an uneven furnace with a roughness of 7-10μ/m on a metal kitchen knife, removing dust from the kitchen knife with high-pressure air, heat-treating at 40°C-60°C in a heating furnace in order to optimize the coating surface, applying color ceramic liquid first kitchen knife and applying transpired ceramic liquid 4-5 seconds later, and plasticizing the kitchen knife at a temperature of 180°C-200°C for 20-30 minutes in a drying furnace.
