The metal plate overlapped with the magnet is magnetized and supplies a magnetic force to the coating bodies so that the particles can be concentrated in a metal pole(GJ) on the terminal portion of the metal plate. The rotating gear rotates the rotating net. A shaft(35), a supporting rod(32), and a moving bar(34) are formed at the rotating net fixing plate. The moving cart moves along a rail(20) and gradually arranges the rotating net in a dipping tank and returns the rotating net. The surfaces of the supports in the rotating net are applied by adhesive in the dipping tank. The rotating net gradually passes through a drying tank.
