The metal plate overlapped with the magnet is magnetized and supplies a magnetic force to the coating bodies so that the particles can be concentrated in a metal pole(GJ) on the terminal portion of the metal plate. The metal plate on the magnet is opposed to the vessel. The magnet on the metal plate is opposed to the vessel.
