    • The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for an immune regulation, which includes agonists or antagonists about epidermal growth factor-like protein 8 (EGFL8) as an active ingredient, and an immune regulation method for the composition. Especially, the pharmaceutical composition for an immune regulation, which includes the agonists or antagonists of EGFL8 as an active ingredient according to the present invention, and the immune regulation method using the same are able to be widely used for not only preventing and treating a cancer, an autoimmune disease such as a rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, an inflammatory disease such as a dermatitis, a graft-related disease, and an immune-related disease such as an immune deficiency but also developing medicine for the forementioned fields since the effective suppression or enhanced effect of a T-cell mediated immunity can be shown by controlling the expression of an EGFL8 gene or protein or an activation of an EGFL8 protein which is confirmed as a negative regulator which is important for a T-cell development in case of being applied to an object which needs an immune regulation.

    • The present invention relates to an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-positive tumor targeted quenched nanoprobe and to a method of producing same and, more particularly, to an EGFR-positive tumor targeted quenched nanoprobe, wherein a fluorescent body and a quenching body are conjugated to an epidermal growth factor (EGF), and to a method of producing the same.
