    • PURPOSE: A non-point pollution source removal device is provided to simply and effectively separate and remove non-point pollution sources flowing into rivers or lakes and marshes when rain falls and to reduce water pollution. CONSTITUTION: A non-point pollution source removal device comprises a diaphragm(4) arranged between an inlet pipe(2) and an outlet pipe(10) of a manhole(1) and mounted to the wall in which the outlet is laid in a state of having the bottom opened, to prevent non-point pollution sources flowing through the inlet pipe and inlets(3) from being directly discharged through the outlet pipe and to separate pollutants; an air vent(5) arranged to the upper part of the diaphragm in a standing-up state to prevent disturbance of the flowing of a fluid discharged to the outlet pipe; a floating-type absorbing pad(6) supported by the air vent to remove pollutants the specific gravity of which is lighter than water; an underwater-type absorbing pad holder(8) arranged to the lower end of the diaphragm; an underwater-type absorbing pad(7) fitted to the underwater-type absorbing pad and arranged under the diaphragm to remove pollutants the specific gravity of which is heavier than water; and a cover(9) detachably mounted to a diaphragm hole formed in the diaphragm to open and shut for cleaning of the outlet pipe or maintenance.

    • PURPOSE: An odorless advanced treatment method using soil microorganism is provided, to remove odor and nutrient stably and also save construction and maintenance costs by excluding a separative advanced treatment process and a deodorizing equipment. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: i) a culture tank(4) culturing soil microorganism under an activator filled with soil compressed into a massive, cylindrical or globular shape or humus soil or sludge crystalloid and broken stones made of siliceous pumice, zeolite or elvan; ii) a return line(14) for returning cultured sludge to remove odor from a sewage inflow point; iii) an anaerobic tank(5) for releasing phosphorous; iv) an intermittent aeration tank(6) for inducing nitrification, denitrification, and luxury intake of phosphorous; v) an intermittent internal return line(10) for increasing denitrification efficiency; and vi) a final settling tank(7) for separating treated water into solid/liquid and recycling a part or all of the sludge to the culture tank(4) and the anaerobic tank(5).
