A display part(1) displaying an image and a battery driving the otoscope are included in a main body. A focusing part(4), a specula(5), a lens part, and an image obtaining part with a CCD part are prepared. The image obtaining part is in connection with the main body through a power line(6).

An acceleration graphic device(200) fills the background processed by the chroma-key device with a background obtained by synchronizing character 3D data and 3D background data through a virtual camera prepared in a 3D image generator, in order to form a virtual image screen.

    • A method for soldering a cooling pin and a tube and a soldering apparatus are provided to improve heat radiation efficiency and to reinforce intensity of adhesiveness between the cooling pin and the tube by performing completely a bonding process using a lead wire. A cooling pin is wound along a periphery of a tube. An acid cleaning process and a first flushing process are performed on the resultant structure. A chemical treatment is performed on the resultant structure in ZnCl2 aqueous solution. A first drying process is performed on the resultant structure for 30 minutes. The resultant structure is loaded on a loading/rotating unit of a soldering machine. A lead wire is interposed between the cooling pin and the tube. A soldering process is performed on the resultant structure in a predetermined temperature range of 150 to 350 degrees. Then, an air cooling process, a deeping process, a second flushing process and a second drying process are sequentially performed thereon.
